TRANSFERS
We can arrange a Direct Door to Door shared shuttle service to/from New Chitose Airport/Sapporo/Niseko. This is a hassel free transfer, without detours via other resorts, no double handling of luggage, no drop off at bus stops, just a comfortable journey to your accommodation.

IMPORTANT:
*Flight/Travel details need to be provided at least 2 WEEKS PRIOR to your arrival. Failure to provide the required information will result in you being responsible for your own transfer arrangements.
*Once CONFIRMATION of your Transfer has been made, any ADDITIONAL changes will incur a ¥3000 fee/per change.
*Transfers and lift ticket payments need to be included in the FINAL ACCOMMODATION BALANCE PAYMENT (2 months prior to your arrival)
CANCELLATION POLICY
* Cancellation within 3 days - 1 day before of scheduled departure - 50%
* Cancellation on the day of scheduled departure -100%
* After the bus departure - 100%
All guests must check-in/register at our office, or at the Lodge you are booked into, upon arrival to Niseko.
