Ezo Fuji is the Hokkaido nickname for the massive 'sleeping' volcano Yotei Zan. Ezo is an Ainu (Japanese Aboriginal) name meaning Hokkaido. Ezo Fuji translates to 'Hokkaido's Fuji' for the resemblancethat Yotei bears to Mt Fuji. We are happy to give such a prestigious name to this building because of the calliber of the accommodation and the spectacular views of Yotei which are on display through the large double glazed windows.
